Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stacking Wins. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• →Keep your sign-in link and account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• →One account per person. Don't share access.
• →If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

What the AI is — and isn't

Stacking Wins uses an AI tool. It is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, life coach, financial advisor, or medical professional.

The plans and advice the AI generates are suggestions based on what you share. They are not professional guidance. Use your own judgment. If you're dealing with something serious — mental health, medical, financial, legal — talk to a qualified professional.

AI can make mistakes. We don't guarantee that any plan or response is accurate, complete, or right for your situation.

What you can do

• →Use the service to set goals, build plans, and track your progress.
• →Give us feedback — we genuinely want it.

What you can't do

• →Use the service to harass, harm, or deceive others.
• →Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app or its API.
• →Resell or repackage the service without permission.
• →Automate requests in ways that abuse our infrastructure.
• →Use the service for anything illegal.

Uptime and reliability

We do our best to keep Stacking Wins running smoothly. But we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Things can break. We're not liable for lost data, missed goals, or any harm that results from the service being unavailable or behaving unexpectedly.

Your content

The goals, conversations, and plans you create belong to you. We don't claim ownership over your content. We only use it to provide the service (i.e., generate responses and store your plan).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll try to tell you why unless we can't.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after that, you're accepting the new terms.
