This policy explains what data Stacking Wins collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've written it in plain language so you can actually read it.

What we collect

→Your email address — collected when you sign up. Used to send you the sign-in link and nothing else (we don't send marketing emails unless you opt in).
→Your conversations with the AI — stored so your plan can be generated and so you can refer back to how it was built.
→Your plan and task data — your 6-week plan, weekly objectives, tasks, and completion status. This is the core of the product.
→Basic account data — when you created your account and last signed in.

What we don't collect

→We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
→We don't build advertising profiles or sell your data.
→We don't collect payment data (we don't handle payments directly).

How we use your data

We use your data to run the service — that's it. Specifically:

→Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI responses and your plan. Anthropic processes these messages on their servers. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
→Your account and plan data is stored in Supabase, our database provider. See Supabase's privacy policy.
→We send transactional emails (sign-in links) via Supabase. We don't share your email with any marketing platform.

Who can see your data

Only our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Anthropic) process your data. We don't share it with anyone else. We don't sell it.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking. You can clear these cookies at any time in your browser settings — you'll just need to sign in again.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

→Send you a copy of your data
→Delete your account and all associated data
→Correct any inaccurate data

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
